If you love adventure, beautiful weather, exploring, helping others grow, challenging yourself, and immersing yourself in God's beautiful creation, then we would love you to consider a position on our Summer staff! Spending your summer in the mountains of Northern Colorado has possibility written all over it.
Starting on January 1 we will begin accepting applications for a variety of seasonal summer positions, ranging from the entire summer season to shorter-term volunteer opportunities. If you are applying for a full summer season position, we ask that you prayerfully and realistically consider the time commitment many of these positions require. We are not able to hire new staff in the middle of peak summer season if an employee decides to leave with little warning, and those actions affect our operations for the remainder of the season. Please keep this in mind. |
ExpectationsOur main camp season begins with staff training. Staff should plan to be on site at the beginning of June. The following positions are expected to maintain a commitment to the entire summer season, with scheduled time off (unpaid):
• Full Summer Season Counselors • Full Summer Kitchen Staff • Hospitality Specialist (food service lead) • Camp Program Leadership The following positions are available for shorter terms: • Counselor (volunteering for week) • Adult Volunteer • Camp Hope Counselor (volunteering for week) • Camp Hope Staff • Camp Nurse (minimum 1 week) • Maintenance/Grounds Help • Office Helper |
