Mind, Body, Spirit
A Time of Renewal for Women
|
Balancing the demands of modem life is an enormous challenge, and one that often find us placing ourselves at the bottom of an ever growing to-do list. It's time to stop, reassess and learn how to be the healthiest person of yourself you can be. This weekend is dedicated to the development of the woman's mind, body, and spirit. The focus is on the health of the whole person and living into the life God dreams for each of us.
